Michael P. Wortham

Michael P. Wortham’s legal work involves all aspects of business law. He provides a variety of legal services for clients in the aviation, construction, manufacturing and sales industries. His practice extends to family law, personal injury, probate and other matters.

Mr. Wortham began his legal career in Texas in 1984 practicing law with the firm now known as Nacol, Wortham & Associates, P.C., and has remained with the firm since that time.

Life Outside of the Law

A native of Sherman, Texas, Mr. Wortham, his wife and their children live in Dallas and attend St. Patrick’s Catholic Church. Mr. Wortham is a member of the Knights of Columbus.

Mr. Wortham is a frequent volunteer at St. Patrick School in Dallas and was on the Harvest Festival and Shamrock Shootout committees. Mr. Wortham also is a frequent volunteer at Shelton School of Dallas and is a member of the Dad’s Club at Shelton School of Dallas.

Mr. Wortham is team manager for the Solar Silver 96 girls’ soccer team. He is currently a Lake Highlands Soccer Association coach and has coached in this association (boys and girls) for six years. He also is a Dallas Town North YMCA league baseball coach and has coached in the league for two years. He previously coached baseball in the Lake Highlands YMCA leagues and basketball in the Lake Highlands YMCA leagues and Spring Valley Athletic Association leagues in Richardson. Mr. Wortham has been active in the North Texas Premier Soccer Association for many years.
