Lisa K. Wortham has been licensed to practiced law for 23 years, focusing her work in the areas of business law, probate, civil litigation, construction law and family law.

Before joining Nacol, Wortham & Associates, P.C., Ms. Wortham was a senior attorney in the legal department of Diamond Shamrock Refining and Marketing Company (now Valero Energy Corporation) in San Antonio, Texas, where she provided legal services in corporate, real estate, business, employment and employee benefits matters.
